Putting our People First

Since our founding, Mythic’s culture has been grounded in doing right by our team. Fast forward to the present and our co-founders are working alongside a growing team that is globally distributed and finding new ways to enhance the Mythic work experience. As the company’s senior people director, I want to make every employee’s time at Mythic a remarkable experience. I want my colleagues to be challenged technically – leveraging their academic and professional experiences to push forward our vision – while also enabling them to find peace and balance across their work and home lives.

Beginning this year, Mythic employees will be provided new benefits focused on enhancing mental health and general well-being. As we shared with our team, mental health and well-being are personal. There’s no one-size-fits-all solution. As such, beginning this month, Mythic employees will have access to flexible, tailored care that fits their needs and lifestyles. Whether it’s help on-the-go or access to resources in a more traditional environment, we have them covered. Here are the new benefits we’re offering:

• Digbi Health – This service allows employees to take control of their health by better understanding their genetics and gut microbiome. By learning how these factors relate to one another, employees can take action on their near- and long-term health journeys.

• ARC Fertility – Mythic now provides an annual subsidy of $5,000 USD to cover employees’ fertility benefits and solutions.

• Mental Health HRA (Health Reimbursement Arrangement) – Mythic also offers an annual subsidy of $500 USD to cover a variety of mental health services that best suit each team member.

These benefits are available to all our employees at no additional cost to their existing health coverage plans. We hope our employees find these offerings helpful and use the services whenever they need them.
